At least twice a year we will visit the vessel to verify that the vessel is maintained to the highest standards.
The management team will ensure that refit and repair work is carried out on time and on budget.
To do this we will work closely with the Captain to compile a list of work required, before translating this into a technical specification.
Once this has been achieved yards will be invited to tender, once quotations are received these will be presented to the Owner/Captain for final approval. At the request of the Owner or Captain a Technical Supervisor can be supplied to oversee the works.
On completion of the work we will ensure that all work has been carried out to meet the specification, only then will final payment be made.
Facilitation of fuel and lubrication oil analysis: The vessel will be informed of the test results and the recommendations of the test house and the equipment manufacturers.
The management team will control all technical documentation of the vessel, including drawings and manuals in our Brighton Offices.
Purchasing and shipment of spares can also be provided through our network of contacts when required.
Assistance to the crew in the setting up of an inventory control system and then verification of its maintenance can also be supplied.
