ENCOMPASS promotes understanding and tolerance among young people of different backgrounds, faiths and cultures by means of challenging adventure programs.

ENCOMPASS takes diverse groups of young people out of their comfort zones and puts them in challenging new environments - where they need to work together to achieve shared objectives. As they do this, they learn to trust each other, and with this trust comes the confidence to talk about the issues at hand: stereotypes, identity, conflict. Currently ENCOMPASS brings young people from the extremes of Israeli society to face Palestinians from Ramallah and Jenin, Indonesians from Islamic Universities and British Asians, together with Americans.
