YPI's Financial Services

Yachting Partners International (YPI) offers a full range of yacht financial services to assist owners with boat management. Utilising YPI's financial planning expertise, YPI Management will develop an annual budget taking into account the operational profile of the vessel as well as incorporating any planned maintenance costs that may be required. Once drafted, the yacht budgeting documents will be submitted for approval (if required). A cash flow projection will be adjusted monthly over the year, with fund requests being made accordingly.

The Financial Services Process

A client's account will be opened in any currency and accept the influx of management funds in the requested currency to be disbursed to the yacht and its creditors. This account is to be maintained in credit at all times in accordance with the budget.

A VISA credit card and/or a debit card will be provided to the Captain with monitoring of its use performed through monthly audits of the original receipts. If a credit card is supplied, funds to the equivalent of the limit set will be held and maintained in Escrow.

Worldwide petty cash transfers (in any required currency) from the yacht's management account to the Captain will be made as and when required. All invoices received by YPI management will be verified and checked with the Captain and paid on our automated wire transfer system to decrease transfer costs.
