In co-operation with the Captain, YPI Crew will recruit and hire all crew members as well as ensure that contracts and safety familiarisation documents are completed.

Part of YPI's yacht crewing service includes extensive training in areas above and beyond the skills that crew members acquired while gaining their qualifications.
