Choosing a Yacht

Whether you are buying a yacht and as a result making a substantial long term investment, or seeking a memorable charter experience, choosing the right vessel is the most important part of the process. At YPI we have been chartering large yachts for more than 30 years and have a great deal of experience to help you make a decision that you won't regret.

We can also offer advice on choosing a crew to complement your needs. Making the decision to buy or charter a yacht, although exciting, can be a stressful process - we aim to make it as smooth as possible. It is crucial to remember that it is the combination of the right yacht and the right crew that will guarantee a charter to remember, or a decision well made.

Sailing Yachts

Clear decks and luxurious interiors mean that large sailing yachts are no longer associated with hardy sailors and bunk beds! Often exhilarating, but ultimately relaxing, sailing off into the sunset is surely the ultimate dream.

Fast, Planing Motor Yachts

Many of these types of yachts are capable of continuous speeds in excess of 20 knots. Buying this type of yacht affords you with the benefit of getting from port to port as fast as possible. Imagine a late breakfast in Monaco, lunch in St. Tropez and dinner in northern Corsica. It's all about the destination and getting there in style.
